We process your personal information to: facilitate account creation, deliver services, respond to inquiries, send administrative information, fulfill orders, request feedback, send marketing communications, protect our Services, identify usage trends, and contact dealers on your behalf as your designated acquisition agent.

We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law, including consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and vital interests.

We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services for us, including: Anthropic (AI), Google account (authentication), Postmark and Twilio (communication), Stripe (billing), Google Sign-In (authentication), Supabase (infrastructure), Plausible Analytics (analytics), and Vercel (hosting).
5. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
Yes. We provide AI Products through Anthropic and Google Cloud AI. Our AI Products are designed for: AI automation, deployment, document generation, insights, image analysis, machine learning, natural language processing, and text analysis.
6. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google logins). If you register using a social media account, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law. No purpose will require us keeping your information longer than the period in which you have an account with us.

13. SMS / Mobile Phone Numbers
If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly opt in to SMS messaging (via the consent checkbox at signup, on the Acquisition Brief, or by toggling SMS notifications ON in your account settings), we will send you transactional SMS messages related to your account and active deal mandates only. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you've requested and for one-time authentication codes. SMS delivery is performed by our messaging carrier (Twilio Inc.) under a data-processor agreement. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we record both your opt-in timestamp and any opt-out for compliance purposes. 14. Buyer Agency Disclosure
By using Motrix's negotiation services, you expressly authorize JBS Ventures LLC, operating as Motrix, to contact automobile dealerships and their representatives on your behalf as your designated acquisition agent. Motrix is not a licensed automobile dealer, broker, or financing institution. Motrix acts solely as a technology-enabled buyer's agent. All final purchase decisions, financing arrangements, and contractual obligations remain solely with you.
