Who Concierge is for

Concierge is for deals where a mistake is expensive or the moving parts are many: a high-value vehicle, a trade-in with negative equity, financing you want reviewed line by line, or a deal you don't have time to babysit. If you want the founder personally on your deal from first message to signed contract, this is the tier.

If you mainly want the price negotiated, Deal ($399) or Pro ($599) cover that, and you pay only when your deal closes. See how it works.

What happens after you pay

1. You book your consult. Pick the channel (Discord, phone or text) and a time. This is a live conversation with the founder, not a form.
2. We scope the deal together. The exact car, your budget, your trade-in and how you plan to pay.
3. The founder runs every step. Dealer outreach, every counter and the out-the-door number all go through the founder, with priority response throughout.
4. The whole deal, not just the price. Your trade-in is negotiated separately from the car, your financing is reviewed, your insurance is shopped and delivery is confirmed.
5. You approve the final number. Nothing is signed without you.

Why it's paid upfront

Every other tier is pay-on-close. Concierge is charged when you start because you're booking a person's time, and the consult is delivered whether or not you buy. Charging upfront also caps how many Concierge deals run at once, so each one gets real attention.

Concierge isn't refunded because a deal doesn't close: you're paying for the consult and the founder's time, not for an outcome. If you cancel early, the cancellation terms are on the refund policy page.
